Do you have ready-made pieces?

Yes.

In addition to our bespoke creations, we offer a curated selection of ready-made pieces available in the atelier. These designs maintain our standards of craftsmanship and can be altered upon request to ensure an improved fit.

How long does it take to complete a bespoke piece?

Production timelines depend on complexity and fabric availability.

• Evening wear: 2–4 weeks
• heavily embellished: 4–8 weeks

What is your pricing structure?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

We ship globally using trusted international couriers. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and weight.

For international orders, clients are responsible for customs duties and local taxes where applicable.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalised nature of bespoke garments, items cannot be returned or refunded.

However, we offer a one-time complimentary adjustment in-store within 7 days of delivery to ensure the perfect fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

For bespoke orders, a deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to delivery.

Can I book a consultation without committing to a purchase?

Yes.

Consultations are designed to explore your vision and assess feasibility. There is no obligation to proceed.

Do you work with luxury fabrics?

Our atelier houses an extensive, curated fabric library, a full selection available for you to explore in person. From refined Italian textiles to richly structured silks and specialty materials, each fabric is chosen with intention.

Nothing is generic. Every selection is part of a considered design process, tailored to you.

Where are garments produced?

All garments are crafted in our atelier with close attention to detail, finishing, and proportion.

Can you create a design based on my preferences?

Yes.

Our role is not to replicate, but to interpret and refining your ideas into something personal, proportioned, and distinctly yours.

Do you offer bridal services?

Yes.

We offer bespoke bridal, engagement, and occasion wear. Bridal timelines should ideally begin 4–6 months prior to the event.

Is this suitable for women of all shapes and sizes?

Absolutely.
